Again, try to evade the center one for a while (he comes before the other two) and then when you get flustered use your hiding ability, as you’ll have to fight everyone if you’re caught. You must be in sight for him to chase you, so I generally wipe out a good portion of their soldiers to piss the general off and get him coming towards me. The idea is to retreat and get your opposing enemy general to follow you.
